Early voting, July 21 to Aug 3No excuse, in person, at a site set by your local election authority.
Mail ballot request by July 22Your request must be received by 5 p.m. Ask your local election authority.
Election Day, Aug 4Polls open 6 a.m. and close 7 p.m. If you are in line at 7, you still vote.
Mail ballot back by Aug 4It must be received by 7 p.m. on Election Day. No drop boxes, so plan early.
Bring photo IDA current photo ID. No ID at the polls still lets you cast a provisional ballot.

Pick your dayVote early any day from July 21 to August 3, or vote on Election Day, August 4.

Bring your ID and voteBring a photo ID. If you do not have one, you can still cast a provisional ballot, and a free state ID is available.
What counts as photo ID.
A Missouri driver or non-driver license, a military or veteran ID, a United States passport, or another photo ID issued by Missouri or the United States. If you do not have one, you can vote a provisional ballot, and it counts if you return with ID before polls close or your signature matches your record. If you need an ID, the state offers one at no cost. Call 1-573-526-VOTE.
