Students, career changers, and first-time campaign workers are welcome. This is a real campaign with real responsibility, direct coaching, and work you can point to when it is over.
Tracks
Build a portfolio, not a pile of errands.
Field
Canvassing, volunteer coordination, turf preparation, voter contact, and neighborhood organizing.
Communications
Writing, research, press support, social media, photography, video, and message discipline.
Design
Campaign graphics, digital assets, print production, brand stewardship, and accessibility.
Data
Voter-file hygiene, dashboards, targeting, survey capture, reporting, and quality control.
Operations
Scheduling, events, logistics, documentation, inventory, and campaign administration.
Policy and Research
Issue briefs, source verification, district research, legislative tracking, and public-facing explainers.

You will own work
Interns receive a defined lane, deadlines, feedback, and clear standards—not vague “help out” assignments.
You will be coached
We teach campaign fundamentals, protect the voter, review the work, and explain why the work matters.
School comes first
Schedules can be built around classes and work. College credit is supported where your program permits it.
