What we collect
When you use a form on this site, to pledge, volunteer, contact us, or invite us to your block, we collect what you choose to give us. That can include your name, email, phone number, ZIP code or address, and your message. If you contribute, our payment processor collects the information the law requires, including your name, address, employer, and occupation.
Why we collect it
We use your information to reach you about the campaign, to organize volunteers, to help get out the vote, and to follow the campaign finance rules that apply to contributions. That is the whole list.
Contributions
Contributions are processed by ActBlue under its own terms and privacy policy. Missouri law treats the money as a contribution, so we keep the records the law requires and report them to the Missouri Ethics Commission. Contributions are not tax deductible.
Texts and email
If you give us a phone number, you may receive campaign text messages. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. Every campaign email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the vendors who help us run the campaign, such as our email, texting, and website providers, and only as much as they need to do that work. We also share information when the law requires it, including the contribution reports filed with the Missouri Ethics Commission.

This site may use cookies and basic analytics to understand how people use it, such as which pages get visited and what device is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from email, reply STOP to texts, or contact us any time to see, update, or remove the information we hold about you. The contribution records the law requires us to keep are the one exception.
