About . District 79

Raised in the 79th.

My family has been rooted in Jeff-Vander-Lou since 1969. I am a husband, a father, and a builder—and I am not going anywhere.

The short version

A builder from the block.

I build things for a living. I founded ModernDojo, a strategy and design firm, and I work as a fractional executive helping small businesses find their footing and grow.

That work taught me the same lesson over and over: the people closest to a problem usually already know the fix. What they are missing is the tools, the capital, and someone in the room who will fight for them. The 79th is full of that kind of talent, waiting on a door to open.

I am running for the Missouri House because too much of District 79 keeps getting studied and skipped. I would rather build. I want to represent this district the way you run a good household: protect the family, lean on the community, and keep the roof honest.
